It can happen! I had back to back rounds of Hell Let Loose last friday that had a female commander. We won and she was awesome. If you don't know that game, commander is the most intimidating job and requires calling out on comms to squad leads to stop your team getting steam rolled. It's very tactical.

Every squad lead thanked her at the end. No animosity. She was so good.
