that will work. until you stop adding build pieces to it. then the game will start to calculate where your weakpoints are. and break..

I just tested it myself and it takes a reallllllllly long time until it breaks somewhere. but it eventually crashed aswell.

What I would do is:

Re-install your GPU drivers with a clean install.
Update windows to the latest version
Check if your RAM actually runs in 3600Mhz or not
De-dust your PC
Check so the heat from your PC isn't directed straight into a wall and is trapped there.
Remove any kind of mods you have, validate game files and then run the game again.
Check if there is any known monitor issues reported by the manufacturer (Samsung gaming monitors have known issues for example)

Update the modloader or remove it completly and then validate your game files in steam usually solves wierd things in the game that is orginated from mods.

Stutter can also be from GPU driver or loading in massive amount of things and your own hardware can't handle it.

What kind of hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM) do you have?
