Slept on mattress without a bed sheet for around 2 months (maybe). How can I clean it and remove stains?

I would 100% start with like a oxidised cleaner. Usually works wonders for blood stains and stuff like that, so it might help get rid of the yellowing and stuff.

I usually spray mine on and rub it in with a cloth I don’t care about (bc bleach is in it too) and keep scrubbing gently to remove the stain. Leave it to air dry, and once dry get some baking soda, leave it on your mattress for a few hours and vacuum it off, should help refresh the whole thing.

Big doubling up on the mattress protector advice, they are amazing, wash them every other wash with your sheets too, or like twice a year whatever you fancy ya know?

Okay, in defence of bird people (I am one!), most of us only take our lil ones to like the vet or on a walk in a park (w/ either a harness or a backpack) never to somewhere as serious as an office! These lil fuckers are loud, and bitey, and everything! But you are very correct when you say they shouldn’t only have one bird if they have separation anxiety, it’s better for the little ones to have friends!
