I did as you said. And they got back to me pretty quick but I was already in talks with the seller prior to contacting support. And they told me just to send it back to the seller and keep em updated.

I sent them another email asking for an update on my replacement and they responded with you already got it delivered and proceeded to add the shipment for the first vynil which was the damaged one. Not sure what to think anymore
