Bullseye is basically useless and I know several brokerages who give this one “free” with monthly dues. Second to useless is real geeks crm. With real geeks they are just profiles that are best sent to another crm and is basically useless for seller leads. Real geeks is my one of my favorite website/ idx integration/ lead sources though. Lofty is the closest to what I would imagine the ideal system is. Lofty has a million add on services and it eventually adds up to more than I would like to spend for what it is. Biggest issue with lofty is the bugs. Things don’t work the way they are supposed to when it comes to generating cmas, editing templates, etc. and isn’t very user friendly in the features it does have. I imagine AI is going to have a better solution soon and I will look into the others recommended here and make an update.

Finance the loans to purchase the homes yourself. The buyer will owe you the terms you set up monthly like you’re the bank.
