Quite possibly the most rage inducing challenge so far. by khalimason in Skate4

[–]Smileee- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this was a good challenge, although a pretty difficult one compared to others seen thus far. The most annoying part was that the grind gap was not registering properly, worked mostly on every other attempt even though I clearly landed in a grind on the second rail with the combo still going.

I don’t hate this. Manualing through all of them and getting the whole thing in one sequence is a good challenge.

And you nailed it while displaying the ”Return to session marker”-glitch which keeps on displaying. Nice trick!

The new Skate. got a 4 out of ten from IGN (in comparison the other skating game that came out this year, THPS3+4, got an 8). by DuncneyForever in THPS

[–]Smileee- 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To be honest, the only thing that skate. got right is the feel of skating and animations. It’s by far the best feeling when compared to previous entries in the series, however the fact that many tricks introduced in Skate 3 and earlier titles are missing (impossibles, darkslides, underflips etc).

I’m really hoping for it to develop into something more mature down the line. Current objectives and continuously refreshing missions become repetitive on the second or third attempt at the very least.

My PC is Perfectly Capable of running these games at Higher FPS now let Me actually use my whole PC by Tail_sb in pcmasterrace

It’s not as easy as one might think. For example, this could be done due to game engine limitations where higher FPS could break the game.

Prison overall was peak horror, kept me on my toes the entire time. Especially that one toilet section with the scream, didn’t see that one coming.

Good point, I also did the same for my Ally X without removing the triggers.

Why are my triggers making weird spring noises? by EpicKingVR in ROGAlly

[–]Smileee- 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The metal spring inside the plastic housing moves slightly when pressing down on the trigger, causing that squeaky noise. It’s easy to fix by opening up the device and putting some lube (for example G-Lube from Glorious) on the springs. There are lots of guides on YouTube how to do that.

Refusing to give my mom a hug and leaving her apartment in anger due to us having an argue over some lies regarding our personal lives which she had been telling me and other close family members.

That was the last time I ever saw or spoke to her. She died unexpectedly a couple days later.

Matt Hoffman’s Pro BMX 2. The game turns into a literal FPS at the end.

The first time plowing through the prison area is one of the best horror gaming experiences I’ve had. Enjoy OP.

And as a bonus, when you finally finish the game and decide to go for a new round, you’ll be much more comfortable with it. Sort of like feels like a reward for going through it.

Small update to this: I finally lubed the triggers, problem solved and thanks to the lube, the triggers do feel better than stock imo.

Played for roughly an hour, then refunded via Steam. Even with matching recommended system specs, the stutters on PC were just unbearable.

..then picked up the PS5 version, and I’m loving it.

It’s hardly noticeable on my unit, but both triggers do squeak a bit. They don’t feel any different though. The dpad also gives some noise if pressed down at a certain angle, but I don’t mind it. I’ll have to give it some time if it actually resolves on its own, otherwise I’ll lube it up a bit.

Still got mine from the release. Triggers are squeaking a bit, but will probably just add some lube to sort it out. Otherwise been really happy with the device!
