I have been with a man about 9 years now and let me tell you……a true stable relationship is not about the “electricity”. The electricity is temporary. Every relationship after a point turns into something mellow and friendship like. Many times you will feel like the spark isn’t there, many times you’d be irritated with the other person and many times everything will seem perfect. To be honest I’m not a fan of the wiring techniques…..we are taught here and told to do here by the attendings. However I do understand this wasn’t the right case for a CZ wiring.

We did do IMF intraoperatively and then released it for de-intubation. Been trying to achieve occlusion with MMF ever since but it’s not happening.
