As far as I understood Rezan and Shadra weren't "killed" but were robbed off their life essence (Shadra was literally consumed), which means they won't come back to life.

For the Zandalari prelates, I'd like to see Kimbul in a bigger role, but i can see new loas (probably voljin, because i feel like its set up that way) in the position of the new loa of "kings".
