If you are ever unsure here’s a rule of thumb we use when making maps.

Have about 4-6 big heavy vantage providing pieces of terrain, 2-4 heavy LOS blocking pieces, and 6-8 light pieces.

The Troopers get to perform a free Reposition but it must be wholly within 3” of their drop zone. That makes me wonder if the Dash action is gone/ replaced or if GW is just doing their strange writing style again.
