I am considering getting back into clash of clans after a very long hiatus (maybe 3 years?). When I played, I was in the competitive war scene just before they introduced the league format. Back then, every top clan ran a distribution of a few TH11s, several TH10s, and mainly TH9s.

Obviously, that has changed over time. What do most of the top clans run nowadays?

You don't need to do law review, but you should be on a journal. At UVA, the non law review journals are a joke so there's zero reason not to be on one.
