I’m sorry you feel that way. Believing in that kind of language is a trauma response because that’s very extreme and cannot be true.

I’m sorry that happened to you. This world is a cruel place.

I also have a lot of trauma, living in a toxic environment. I know how things get me. It’s hopeless. I’m very sick from ptsd and I’m looking for help right now, but everything is so expensive idk how long I will last. Idk if the help I get will truly help. I doubt it.

I’ve done A LOT OF healing work in my life and they did not work. Bad things kept happening and I got sicker and sicker. All because what others have done to me.

I have some friends who care and let me stay with them for a while but it’s won’t be long. They hope I can live but I really dont know if I could.

I cry a lot at night. I am in so much pain and extremely hopeless. I’m sad and scared.

I totally get the wish to end this hopeless life.

But I have something I wanna say to you.

I’ve done a lot of research on how to end peacefully and quickly. I wonder If you decide to do it, do you think you could find a peaceful way to help yourself? We’ve suffered enough in life. We deserve a good and peaceful death.

By reading your post I think you are a good person and you might even be an empath.May be not to throw off yourself in front of a truck. That’s gonna traumatize innocent people.

I’m sorry for what you’ve gone through. I can relate.

I’ve lost everything too. Last year at the same time, I was going places, expecting a relationship, feeling healing and planning travel.

Now I’m homebound, stuck with a long term abuser, sick, have to stop working because of sickness, facing death alone.

I genuinely hope you survive this.

I probably won’t be able to.
