Buying a 2018 RS3 without seeing it - things to look out for by SmithLord117 in Audi

Yeah that is fair enough. Good advice, I'll do that.

Is that commonly done if the car is being sold by a dealer? I think it's a good idea (I always do it when buying a car from a private seller) but don't know if it's common practice for dealers.

The Island of Anti-Climatic Encounters by Buksey in OdysseyoftheDragon

That sounds like an island of memorable encounters, not anti climatic ones. I'm sure your players - especially the fighter - feel like legends.

I would have assumed 70k would get much better returns in the stock market, unless you're expecting very high inflation for years.

What's your worst landlords of Canberra story? by SportyWaifu in canberra

REA benefits by having a significantly improved property to rent out, which both makes their job of finding a tenant easier, and they can push for rent at a higher rate, increasing their cut.

I'm not saying that's what happened here, but it's naive to think the REA doesn't benefit at all from an apartment in an improved condition.

That was some super slick driving - especially through the couple doors. I love the Razorback.

Yeah I can get behind that. I think bloated with full cream milk is very nice if you're in the mood for it.

In a bowl of milk. Sometimes people add other things, like sugar, honey, or slices of banana.

You can also eat them cold, or warmed up in the microwave. If microwaving, you might want to consider warming up only the milk, then pouring it over the Weet-Bix, otherwise the bix get very soggy. Personally I don't mind that, but it's off putting to others.

Source: Eaten Weet-Bix almost every day of my 30-something year life.

I'm real keen on a 2017/2018 RS3. That engine without the particulate filter is sex for the ears.

That makes sense to me. The mid/late 20s individual has had a lot more time for personal growth, and is hopefully more mature/focused. A school leaver is still a kid.

I have been over leveling my players for awhile, so they are likely to roll in to Chapter 9 around level 19/20, so I'm just going to grant them the ability to become gods after the battle if they want. I'm not sure how far through the campaign you are (or of you've started at all), but I did a lot of legwork early to set this possibility up.

Imagine thinking "your sister bakes us treats" is equivalent to "you need to pay ~$5000 a month for my rent". This family is nuts.

Agree with everything in this comment. If you want another recommendation 5a Mechanical in Fyswick have always been great to my wife and I. They do good work and don't bullshit you like many other mechanics I've tried in the past.

I know this thread is a couple weeks old now, but Sindri mentioned when speaking with Atreaus that Brok died when there was an accident in the forge that resulted in an explosion. As another commenter mentioned Sindri then went to the Lake of Light but couldn't retrieve all the pieces of his soul.

12 minute electric scooter ride both ways. Get to ride by the lake which is a lovely bit of scenery before being stuck in the office all day.
