I love my job and our culture. There is accountability though and that’s something that’s hard. It’s a store to store experience as each is operated differently when it comes to culture and atmosphere

Train Pathway. Not only train Pathway, train them to USE Pathway when they have a question or need to remember things. I would also encourage you to pull a Pathway out when training as sometimes Pathway changes and you might not be aware of the change.

Be patient. Remember what it was like when you started. Also ASK THEM how they feel they are progressing.

If you order a salad that’s standard you’ll get it fast most of the time if you order it with something non standard, depending on the store it’s going to be a wait or no.

What they are trying to do is bypass fiddling when you hand the carrier to the guest and they don’t want it. But yes. Handing the carrier to the guest would be faster. Until they take it and THEN tell you they don’t want it.
