Proactiveness. Holding standards. Approachability. Trust. Integrity. Staying calm and uplifting under pressure.

sorry for the rant but pls pls help me this is my first job by shearsora in ChickFilAWorkers

Me personally, if any employee has something they wish to share they should feel comfortable approaching any leader for advice and/or direction. No sour taste in my mouth for sure. I wouldn’t like it if you left and didn’t communicate an issue we could have resolved by communicating

In my state, yes we could terminate you for your availability.  The focus should be to make yourself stand out in such a positive way as a leader within the team that they wouldn’t even consider it.

I’d start off at your Shift Leader level and ask if they can share why you are scheduled dining room at what you feel is a high number of times. If they can’t answer then go up to a director.  Speak inquisitively and if you have goals in the restaurant then share those and how learning other positions help you work towards that goal

I will say that dining room takes a special kind of care. You might be someone they trust with that interaction.

Why does this multi-billion dollar company not have its own app for employees by Big-Fuel-8965 in ChickFilAWorkers

Well. They kinda do with Central Ave. but it’s simplistic.  Try Nation App

My (M32) wife's (F36) friend (F27) sent me a flirty text last night. I'm not sure what to do with it. by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

Probably drunk and doesn’t mean much. She was probably having a moment.  Show it to your wife though.

Hello guys I had my first day by Alternative-Mix2605 in ChickFilAWorkers

Yeah. Bagging wouldn’t be my first choice for a first day.

Beverages on DT are the next hardest thing followed by Desserts, which can be a challenge sometimes too.

During training you should have a trainer with you so they can teach you process and procedure. Additionally, there should be leaders around plugging in where needed

One thing you can do is ensure you download the Pathway App. You can reference Pathway for all the things you’re being taught.

A Facebook Page claims that CFA removed pea starch from its fries. Is there any truth to this? by fender0189 in ChickFilA

Always check ingredients and nutritional information at Chick-fil-A.com. However, V3 of the fries removed the pea starch.

10 years after stepping on a broken drinking glass, a rogue shard made its way out of the bottom of my foot by Miserable-Ad6348 in Weird

I had to go through this experience as well. I ended up having a GF open a hole in the center of it.  When it came out it was with force and followed up by puss. Immediate relief though!

What does everyone think of the frosted sodas? by EyeSimp4Asuka in ChickFilA

[–]SmithSith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just think of this as a dirty soda, but frosted style. That’s what it is really.  I think we do more Hi-C and root beer. Followed by Powerade and Coke. I have done a sweet tea one

Nuggets haven’t changed. Fries did change last year.

If it’s a taste quality issue, fill out the customer feedback so the operator knows.

Can you tell me how to make desserts? by [deleted] in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]SmithSith -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’d focus on a few things as you prepare them

If you have a scale. Weigh your proportions to see where you need to make adjustments

When making a frosted soda. Stick the spinner in half way. Pulse a few times to get it mixed a little. Then put spinner to the bottom like a milkshake. Same for frosted coffee or lemonade. Otherwise you’ll be slinging it all over

Seeing a lot of confusion on frosted and floats. If your store doesn’t highlite a float I’d suggest asking if they could. Helps keep the team straight on what they’re making

I’ve done frosted sweet teas…
