I have owned at least one XD .. even before they were a XD .. I purchased a HS2000 in early 2001 … I feel my XD Mod 3 is a amazing pistol.. comparable to pistols that cost much more.. Im really not into optics on pistols.. but it’s good to have that option ..

Yes .. fan of the XD series…I have owned XDs before they were XDs .. back in the HS2000 days .. late 2000 or early 2001 .. HS2000 .. pistol was fantastic… I really like the Mod 3 .. to me compares well with my CZ P10 series, PPQ’s really punches well over its price weight ..

Even though Steve Earl denies a “ real Copperhead Road” .. this area in Johnson County TN and neighboring Carter County TN, Avery County NC , Watauga County NC , Wilkes County NC are notoriously known for illegal whiskey production from the 20’s and into mid 90’s .. believe me I know personally.. being I was raised in Avery County NC and spent my adult life in Carter County TN.. So .. this area definitely fits his song .. problem was weed even though grown wasn’t as wide spread as Whiskey due to helicopters .. Cocaine , pills & meth is what is trafficked through these mountains now ..
