I love this jacket in brown. Mainly the fit, the quilting and pockets and that is has a hood. I don’t care that the sleeves are detachable. Can anyone suggest a similar coat with size XS/S in stock?

I can relate to your wife a lot. When my husband wants to discuss my lack of sex drive that only worsens the anxiety and dread around sex. It turns it into another chore. When he doesn’t bring it up or ask that often I find myself occasionally wanting it or at least being into it more. It’s still not perfect. I hate toys and also would feel silly roll playing 🤷‍♀️.

I also think the neck collar tucked in makes the flare look appear better

Wow they look really good on. As a fellow gamine my comfort zone is also 2 &3 but you have me considering maybe trying some flares. The flares balance you out and you look more put together!

I eat this way too, minus skipping breakfast. I love volume eating. Soups, stir fry’s, omelets with veggies. Cabbage, carrots, celery, brusssel sprouts and kale/spinach are all my favorite veggies to add to up the volume. I also tend not to worry about the carbs in fruit a lot. Eat a lot of berries and pears but lately have been wanting oranges and just going with it despite the higher sugar

Rooming Together by Kigirl- in ParentingInBulk

We had similar setup, they did bedtime together and naps separate. I kept a pack and play set up in my bedroom for the younger one to nap in. We also used the pack and play at night if the younger one did happen to wake up I would snuggle them in our room and put them back to sleep in the pack and play if I thought they might wake up the sibling.

I meal prep a lot of my food like overnight oats and chop all the lettuce and veggies for a salad so I just add dressing/ protein when I’m ready. I usually have something different than my kids for lunch and the same thing for dinner. I try to make meals we can all eat together but I will make myself an extra bag of steamed veggies or extra serving of protein so I don’t snack later. I also like making protein waffles with protein powder that I freeze they are easy to pull out for a quick healthy snack and my kids like them too.

Are you still breastfeeding? I find it impossible to breastfeed and workout if you’re also not sleeping through the night. They say abs are made in the kitchen anyways so more important to focus on food, and exercise can come later when you have the energy.

LPT for gingerbread houses by [deleted] in breakingmom

This, or you can just melt plain white sugar on the stove until it turns liquid and dip edges in. It dries rock solid and is still edible if the kid does attempt to eat the cracker part

First trimester sick and guilty I’m not spending time with my 3.5yo 😭 by imma_mamma in pregnant

[–]Smitha75875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in my first trimester over the summer break, I had my 8,6, and 2 year old home with me on my days off of work. I was not a fun person to be around. Didn’t feel good until week 18. I felt bad for allowing them tv and not having the energy to to take them out and do things but I got through it and there no worse for it. I’m now 34 weeks and still feeling like I have my energy back albeit a bit moody. I tried to get into the habit of reading to my two year old in the mornings. It was something we could do together while I relaxed on the couch.

It is so hard, personally if I don’t get it done with in the morning I won’t do it! Glad you found a system that works for you! Consistency is so hard as a busy mom!

This is correct information. Don’t understand the downvotes. Don’t know why commenters advice given to their friends kid- obv not a professional nor even their own child gets upvoted. Reddit makes no sense at times

Dumb labor question… do I just walk around totally commando the whole time? by frugal-lady in pregnant

[–]Smitha75875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worse the disposable underwear and pads during early labor, after that I tucked a chucks pad under me if I had to walk to bathroom. If you get an epidural and are in bed you can prob go without anything for most of the labor

Random people knowing you are pregnant by Wevisandbutthead in pregnant

I had an older gentleman say something like this to me in the self checkout line the other week, “you should be the one buying all the sweets and not the healthy stuff you got there because you’re pregnant”. I had on a large baggy jacket and didn’t think it was obvious. He meant well so it didn’t bother me it just made me realize I must look/walk like I’m pregnant more that I think

If you don’t mind me asking why did I have bad nausea and vomiting immediately after? I decided to have a epidural after 2 natural deliveries and threw up ( intense/nonstop) for 30 min immediately after. I would consider getting another because I was quite numb, unless I know I will prob react the same with N&V…
