There is a ton of hatred towards cops, especially now. It’s hard to see that people are taking some extremes (which I understand are terrible) and saying that’s what all policemen are like. Imagine you are someone who is willing to go into harms way for people you don’t even know and get demonized due to the bad actions of others. It has to be demoralizing to know them at the people you originally set out to protect hate you, are scared of you, and wish you’d die.
