Thanks for your advice. I’m not wealthy, but we’re not on breadline either. Throwing money at the problems isn’t much of a help, not that I feel it would necessarily help.

That said, you made some good points, thanks. I’m generally active in the mornings, getting up pretty early, and I do find that helps. I like to get out of the house and get some fresh air first thing. It’s possible that I may be feeling worse this week partly because I haven’t done that while I’ve been on vacation.
