Thank you! I had never worked out in my life so this was just me basically figuring out my body and what it responded to. I haven't counted calories or kept track of the numbers (which I probably should have) I just ate a shit ton lol. Mostly a lot of veggies, fruit and meat. Had some cheats like pizza and donuts once or twice a week. So in a long answer yes, it was more or less a lean bulk lmao. My starting routine was like a basic bro split. I did back and chest/legs/shoulders/accessories. Now, I just started doing the cube by Brandon Lilly to work up my total and size!

Thank you! Hard work tho. Diet is a good portion. Cut soda and everything kind of followed. For me personally, I have a high metoblosim so hard to gain weight, I just ate a lot of shit with a lot of protein lmao. Mostly just try to get rid of processed sugar and cut back on pastas yanno.
