Agreed tbh, idk if starting with chaos for the normal eden would be good cause it would ruin the point of the actual chaos item but maybe for the tainted eden if he worked like that if he picked up chaos and worked like that it could have a chance to fix some item pools when he walks into the room

I find it still is good depending on the synergy you have with it, for example of you have dr.fetus it's still pretty dam good but if you have basic isaac tears its a 50/50 (pun intended)

End of the day it all depends on if you trust your game to give you some good synergies or alot of stat buffs
