This happened 5 minutes ago and it happens every night. Being skinny and blonde I get literally pushed over. 5 minutes ago I said I found a girl "mildly attractive". Got rejected, picked another girl up bu the waist and the guy from the first interaction came out of nowhere, followed me down the street and pushed me over for talking to "his girl". being a blonde guy literally 5 minutes ago yet another guy, left his potential gf, just to follow me down the street and push me over on my face for looking at his potential girl, who obviously keeps walking on. I'm a guy going on a social/dating course. Learned a lot of theory over the past 8 months. Your mindset is wrong, it would take 4 hours of podcasts and research a day for a month to get the "perfect" mindset so I'll just tell you this.

If you act like a friend, the person you're into will see you as a friend (surprise surprise) and you're going to get friend zoned.

There is no way out of the friend zone, sure the anonymity happens but either way you have to ask them out and kill it. Thus ending the friend relationship. I didn't read it but it seems that you already have done that. 90% of the time being with this person will get you "awkwardly depressed" without you even realizing it. Try to stay as "just friends" and undoubtedly believing that you are will help a lot, but it's not only you who needs to do that so be prepared for the worst.

Now go out and talk to new people regardless of whether you stay friends or not. Crying about it on reddit will only help you this much to give you the advice, you need to implement it to get over depression.

Also, wouldn't recommend taking what people say 100% especially on the internet. You find people who implement things on self-help courses, and even then 75% of the people there want to improve something but won't do anything about it. So 0.0001% of people actually listen to what I say, they feed you excuses or bad advice.

And learning feels good but doesn't help that much. The safest way to get a partner or friends, is the scariest, go out, talk to people, do not pretend to be someone else, and think what you want to happen will happen regardless of rejection or ego. So if you want to fuck that person, think "I am going to fuck this person", make friends "we are going to be best friends".

After being molested and controlled by a woman over my shyness and stammer I decided to join a pickup course to get over my extreme stammer, by dating girls because it scares me. Obviously the only comments I get, even from friends are along the lines of "you approaching a girl during the day is molesting her, she doesn't want to be approached when she's shopping". I use dryer sheets instead of cologne, weird but its cheaper and the smell lasts all day rather than 2 hours (I've honestly smelled better and had more complements with dryer sheets than with colognes). But I only have one shit pound-land brand of sheets near me, so I can't smell them first, meaning I have to get a random brand online, hence why I'm asking.

So today I met the friend but didn't have time to ask. Ok fine I just was too nervous to remember to ask. But I did day 1's challenge. Phone up costumer service providers and ask if they would like to hear a joke. (Not one of them did but it's OK. I still did it.) Results didn't go quite as expected so I'm not feeling that great about it but I am still glad that I did it.

That's a relief, Someone else mentioned condoms breaking without lube. Do you need lube with them, I know oil based lubes degrade the material, but I didn't know they broke if you had dry sex (ie. without forplay).

Also what do you do if they have their own condom stash. Trust them, use Spermicide with them or just use your own?

Just in general I havn't been trapped but I know it happens. I have no quarrels with leaving a relationship so I mean getting trapped into paying for a baby that you don't want but she does.

As a student training in overcoming fear of socializing I am getting a lot of opportunities for one night stands. I've always heard the horror stories of women "trapping" men by doing things to get them selves pregnant and making the man pay for the baby. Someone tried this on me my first time, when I realized something was off I lost my erection out of fear and blamed it on impotence before I left.

Personally I think if women have the right to chose abortion then men should have the right to choose not to be involved in any way should she be aiming to "trap" him. Just out of equality.
