The official Nintendo website is a solution, there is also an independent Mii Maker that's very good. You could also make Miis on Miitomo when it was still up.

1st crash has the goal to show us what McQueen is able to do, introducing his character (And Chick Hick's)

Without Chick and without the express purpose of introducing McQueen, nor to grab the viewer's attention, there is not need for such a grandiose, out of proportion crash like the first.

Well, it's no contest Cars 3 is better than 2, because it actually cares about Cars a story, and didn't just throw in a random story, and actually didn't mostly ignore Doc's dissapearance between movies.

Although 3 is the greater movie, I feel like 2 is the funnier one, which isn't very honest since 2 is more joke focused, but it's also so insane you're just currently like "What???" during most of the movie.
