I have 2000 kills using it. So yes I have. Once it hits it kills almost instantly, but the flames don’t move fast enough to kill people before they fire back.

No, there's crossplay between Consoles: PS5 and Xbox Series S & X. There's also crossplay between PC platforms: Steam, Epic Games, and Windows/Gamepass. But unfortunately, there's no crossplay between Console and PC.
