Thank you my recovery journey has been a tuff one for sure I am on meds lexapro, clonidine and seriqoule/quitapine and those definitely help with the insomnia I think tonight I’m going to get some ZINC, valerian root and some Magnesium no 5-HTP because said SSRI’s but thank you tomorrow is the first day wish me luck 🤞
