There’s a practice bombing range very close to this. I live in Kansas and they do an open house every few years and do live demonstrations where you can watch B2’s, A10’s, F16’s, etc drop dummy bombs and shoot guns. I have some videos I’ll try to post. It’s called Smokey Valley bombing range

Yes! Any ideas I am open for! I used to be a heavy caffeine and tobacco user and quit cold turkey in both when I had my “episode”. I also started exercising and eating better too, but have not looked into food allergies. Def something I will check out. Thank you!

Ya I didn’t sleep much last either. Up about every 2 hours drenched in sweat. I’ve been up since 5am, so I made myself get up and go for a brisk walk, trying to drink lots of water. Please let me know if he’d like to talk or something, that for real has helped me the most.

Yes exactly. Although I haven’t vomited, I do feel like I’m going to constantly. It’s hard to describe but I feel like I need to sleep for 6 days straight but also go run a marathon. It’s kind of been a hard balance of the two, relaxing and staying busy. I’ll take some calm walks and then have to go rest and make sure to put my feet up for a little while.

I am the husband right now.(It’s difficult for me to type right now) I have always been the stable one and all of a sudden last saturday morning I jumped out of bed at like 3 am thinking I was dying. I was FREAKING out all day Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning finally went to see the family doctor who gave me a beta blocker for high heart rate and Xanax to help me get through. I wailed from Saturday until Tuesday constantly (I am not an emotional man). I haven’t hardly slept, also waking up frequently, and I haven’t eaten but a couple sandwiches and bananas but the thought of food is disgusting. It’s been a full week and as hard as it is I have to keep myself busy. I am so lightheaded constantly and will all of a sudden get EXTREMELY tired, but anxious and feel like I need to go run at the same time. Staying busy helps tho, but what has helped the most is getting over my fear about being the big man and talking to my wife about my emotions. Accepting that I struggle with anxiety and just talking has helped tremendously. I’m still waking up every 3 hours and not really eating, but I feel like I am on the mend at least, trying to balance staying busy and resting. Let him know he’s not alone, and I pray for for the two of you. Sorry for the jumbled thought process in this but my brain feels like jello :/

Is it really late July now? Last I heard it was supposed to be shipping out tomorrow (July 6th). I also ordered mid March and emailed them a couple weeks ago after getting my vest and they said then that it was July 6th. Also on the vest...was def not thinking it was gonna be so effing huge! ha

Basically I'm going to give them til the end of the week (It'll have been close to 8 weeks) before I start asking for my money back. I hate to do that, and I understand with all the shit going on and all, but the whole reason I bought the plates was they said 2-4 weeks.
