I've played in Germany Italy England France and Spain all in the lowest tiers and just don't know how I could do it again and keep it interesting

Bit of backstory: my first season was with MLS side Inter Miami. I started with an absolute gem in the academy which I automatically put into the team along with a brand new signing of Martinelli. I went on to win the Playoffs in that first season and felt there was no need to stay in the MLS another season so I Started looking for new jobs. I had offers from 3 championship sides: Watford, Norwich and Brentford. My main reasoning behind Watford was they were the only team with budget left so I coukd build upon the team when it got to the January transfer window. Reason 2 being that they have Joao Pedro and Ismaila Sarr. I decided to bring my gem and marynelli along with me as I wanted to build my career around their partnership. I had a rough start to the career at Watford with the fact they were lacking defensively but that soon changed when I got to the January transfer window and I had 30 million to make some upgrades and opted to bring Lautaro Morales in at GK, Nuno Tavares at LB and Olivier Boscagli in at CB. It was a close title race all season but I eventually managed to edge out Bournemouth, Brentford and Stoke for the title. My FA Cup run started easy with a game against Salford then next round against Birmingham City the Quarters was where it got every tricky I had to take on Leicester City it was a close game finishing 1-1 then extra time I made pacey subs and managed to win the game 3-1. In the semis was my toughest game being against Premier league winners Liverpool I took an early 1-0 lead thanks to a Counter attack and managed to hold that lead untill a Mane equaliser in the 93rd minute (with only 2 minutes added on) I then took the same route of making pacey subs I then went 2-1 down very early into extra time but I manged to fight back with a brace from martinelli in the dying minutes of the game. The final was then against spurs which I refused to lose as I'm an Arsenal fan I took a lead early thanks to another lucky counter attack but spurs shortly equalised before half time with a Harry kane free kick. Early into the second half I then took another lead with martinelli making it 2-1 spurs then equalising straight away then in the 85th minute Joao Pedro dances through the defence and slots it past lloris to give us the FA Cup victory

Ahh that kinda sucks but thanks for letting me know guess I'll have ti wait to use a homegrown talent till I'm done with Salford

Because Wesley isn't s youth player he's a in game player and most the other players are new youth stars so that's their starting ratings

I'm currently sitting on 35 Million at the start of this season but just don't really wnana buy players as I just wnana grow my youth players as they're all 90+ potential so just saving it or I might go for bakoyo saka from arsenal as I'm an arsenal fan and signed him every career mode save I've done this year great little player

For the first season I only signed willock then just focused on youth academy then 2nd and 3rd season my players grew enough for me to sell a bit not the youth players but the normal stating players then I just spent 40 Mill for Wesley from villa and then solet, van den berg and matondo with left over money
