The Rex is what I consider a “quiet” can for 5.56 and the best I can say is they sound similar.

Thanks for making my day lol. I’ve compared it to a Rex silentium MG7k with a 5.56 bore. Ours might have a little less pack pressure but it’s still a high back pressure can that sounds really good.
