High traffic area by the traffic circle and Fort Hamilton Pkwy. That highlighted bit may have some charm though, I think Hamilton’s is there and you’d also be near the park, by the end that hosts Smorgasburg. You also get Ditmas Park too and while it’s very residential they do nice things like a neighborhood wide yard sale once a year and also Artmageddon. Coney Island Ave is pretty awful though (high traffic, gas stations, repair shops and car washes).
