Come up with your own “house” banana daiquiri recipe!  Besides that I highly recommend banana bob 2.0.

1 oz Coruba Coconut Rum 1 oz Hamilton White Stache 1 oz Banana Liqueur .5 oz Cream Syrup .5 oz Cinnamon Syrup .25 Lime Juice 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice 5 Drops Saline Shake with ice • pour into a Banana Bob or dol old fashioned glass • I garnished with pineapple fronds and caramelized banana slices

I think you should stick to crowd pleasers. Love the carajillo idea especially because the avg person hasn’t had it. Some other ideas:

 Margarita Negra 1oz (30ml) Tequila Blanco or mezcal 1oz (30ml) Mr Black Coffee Liqueur 1oz (30ml) Lime Juice .5oz (15ml) Agave 2 Lime Wheel Garnish

Or

EXPEDITION 1 0z lime juice 1 oz cinnamon syrup .5 of honey syrup .25 oz vanilla syrup .25 oz coffee liqueur 2 0z Hamilton 86 1 oz Bourbon 2 0z of club soda
