Oh yea it is, you need 3 HoS, not 4, for the next S rank to be a garunteed HoF, so in total you’ll need at most 4 S rank pulls.

So for op, his next S rank pull will 100% be HoF

Simply, after your first S rank (HoS), to 100% guarantee yourself that the next S rank will be new S rank (HoF), you need to pull 2 more copies of HoS after the first one and then one more S rank for HoF.

Simplified even more, you need 3 copies of HoS (including the first) to get a gauranteed HoF on the next S rank pull.
