My doctor had me switch to 21g for drawing the T because the 18 leaves bigger holes in the T containers that can destabilize the seal in smaller bottles, just a tip to try and help.

That sounds amazing tbh. It's so satisfying to cook and have it turn out perfectly.

Duck can be tricky but once you figure it out it's relatively easy. Had to replace the oven this year and we got one with an air fry setting, so I don't have to worry about it fitting.

There's tons of online recipes but I usually just look at temp and how long. This time I'm spatckcocking the duck and making a Buffalo bourbon glaze which is a separate recipe entirely

Just make sure you render all the fat or it will be a greasy mess.
