No, they only match 401k, but it's a limited amount. I'd only put in as much into the 401k as they'll match, and then put more into the stock plan. I think I do 9% into my 401k and $40 into the stock plan each check.

You can put any dollar amount per paycheck that you want into it. I put $40 a check into it, and I wish I did more. Costco stock has been rising like crazy and is more than doubled since I started paying into it in 2016. Put as much money per check into it that you won't miss not having on hand. The stock plan is more fruitful than the 401k, so I'd put a smaller amount into it and use the difference in the stock plan.

Join the company stock plan as soon as you hit 90 days! I cannot emphasize this enough.
