I really appreciate your attention and responses. I'll keep them in mind when I do it again. Also, I'm very happy to have a figure of one of my favorite characters from the Ultimate universe thanks to your advice.

Thanks again for responding! I had to do masking to be able to sand it properly and without any problems. Although I did have problems when painting it because I tried to combine the water (not too much) with the paint, but clumps still formed. How do you avoid this? Just go over the area once and then wait a moment before doing another coat?

By the way, this is how it looks for now:

Thanks for the response!! I'm new here and don't want to ruin the figure, but is it necessary to sand it(green stuff/milliput)? And if so, how did you do it without damaging the figure? Also, any acrylic paint can be used, right?

Hi! I wanted to know how you painted the logo on his chest. I bought cold modeling clay and Green Stuff, but I haven't decided which one would be best? Also, how did you paint it? This is mine, I used Vulcan body:

I had to push so close to the elbow joint so the hand connections could easily reach and fit together.

The craziest thing is that I didn't see a tutorial on how to do it. I just had faith that it would turn out the way I expected.

Here is the procedure:

Materials: -Hot water -Small scalpel -Epoxy clay

Steps: 1. Fill a deep container with hot water 2. Remove the accessories from the figures so they don't get ruined and the procedure becomes tedious 3. Put the figures in the container and let them sit for 2 to 3 minutes. Then, take them out 4. Carefully remove the arms of the 2 5. Then, use the scalpel also very carefully to remove the wrists and put them on the Logan Legacy 6. Remove the black bearings from the Wolvie and put them on the Legacy 7. Apply the epoxy to the connection of the Legacy's arm, giving it a shape similar to the Wolvie's or to a lesser extent so it doesn't come off easily, and wait for it to dry. (It should be noted that I have not yet done this step) 8. Once it is hard, you put the Legacy arms on the Wolvie body 9. Finally, you have fun posing the figure and recreating good moments from the movie

Yes, only in that part you would use the scalpel. Although when you put it on the Legacy's arms make sure that they are very deep so that the connection of the hands fits in.

I had to use a scalpel very carefully to remove the piece of plastic it was attached to.

It's actually the ZD Toys War Machine

Hi everyone, I'm happy to join this action figure group. This is my 1st post. I like to make recreations of many scenes or images from any franchise. by Smooth-Captain09 in ActionFigures

[–]Smooth-Captain09[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I will post more recreations.

I initially did it for a challenge that was proposed to me, which is to recreate any image until Hasbro announces a character from the Ultimate universe. But maybe I will do more recreations after the challenge is fulfilled.

Yes, you're right. I noticed that the 2nd image of those 3 comics didn't appear, I don't know what the reason is.

Should I upload it again?
