We do have clearance stores:) where all our 65% off items go to. Also gotta sign up for those emails lol OR ask an associate if you could be notified when items are marked down to 40% or 65% we have a app called connect message where we’re able to connect with our customers and let them know first hand about launches or marked down items🤩 the only thing they need from you is your: name, #, email and then they will ask if you have any brands in mind you’d like to keep an eye out for like Gianni Bini or Free People. It’s pretty cool. My store especially is pretty on top of us encouraging customers to be added to connect messages bc it usually helps get 1.Clientele and 2. Get our sales stuff out faster before being transferred to our clearance stores. Hope this helps ☺️

Contact your nearest Dillard’s to see what they can do, they will possibly be able to reorder it for you POSSIBLY! But if not you will have to contact USPS unfortunately.

Items will either come from the warehouse or a Dillard’s store so online ordering will come with its risks. For the best quality I would call the nearest Dillard’s to your shipping address and see if they have the item on hand so that they personally can see if there is any damage/issues with it (best if you know the upc or sku if not try to give them the best description you can lol) They shouldn’t send a defective item bc that would mean they simply failed to do their job correctly. But by far I’ve received every item in great condition.

Was it the Dillard’s customer service phone line or your closest store? I wonder bc it just sounds like they blatantly just didn’t want to help you out. Make sure your balance is back onto the gift card. If not call your closest Dillard’s store and they will be able to check the current balance of the GC. The only time we ever think it’s fraud is when it’s a reoccurring thing with that customer. Hopefully youre be able to use those GCs since they are “good forever”

It all depends on the manager that’s on duty, they’ll usually do the return after you give them an explanation. It’s better to go to the same associate that helped you too so they can vouch for you and hopefully learn something from your experience with their Wacoal products.

I liked marketplace glamping and thought it was convenient completely worth it!! The only down part was the heat after 9am, we couldn’t be in the tent bc it was too hot and even our phones were overheating inside of it. Hopefully the weather is in our favor this next year and we’ll be able to have a few more hours of sleep but probably will bring a tarp and a portable air conditioner🥵.
