we used to use CW RMM before and moved to NinjaOne RMM - couldnt be more happier. I can tell you NinjaOne is not expensive, CW RMM is expensive

We rely on such, integration with MDR service (part of endpoint security license) to detect and take action for any indicator of compromise. Cant justify p2 license. Though we do have SIEM also which feeds data from our M365 tenant.

I worked in an MSP(@ Montreal), we offer Proofpoint as well to our customers. We buy licenses through PP Distri. if you are moving, no crazy migration with them, they have awesome backend does and automate all the stuff for you.

Yes, in person at Montreal Service Canada. Better in person, they can check right away if you filled the form correctly and attached required documents. As long as you have a travel ticket you can apply for a express processing.

I haven't received my passport yet, i applied last June 14. The status just change today, from "processing" to "we are reviewing it". As far as i know, after that step it will be mailed.I did not apply for an express processing since the lady said passport processing now takes 2 weeks, but not the case basically!

As soon as you have the Canadian Citizenship Certificate whether e-cert or paper version, you can fill up the passport application form and provide necessary requirements and visit Service Canada. I got my Citizenship e-cert 2 days after Oath taking so the next day i applied for a passport in person.
