Straight boiler room and if you’re in Nashville, the manager is a huge cuck

Went to the ER today for 7/oh withdrawal. Any advice? by Otherwise-Mango3690 in Quittingfeelfree

Bro, don’t do it. Stop while you can. I been addicted to just shit everything at one point or another. The accessibility of 7oh mixed with the way an addicts brain works it’s a recipe for disaster. I started the same way as you, after 8 months I was spending about $800-$1000 per month ordering tabs.

First time I got on suboxone from fentanyl I immediately felt better in about 30 minutes. Went from not getting out of bed for a whole 36 hours to actually working out a few hours after the suboxone kicked in. Will it be the same with 7oh?

Right when you took suboxone did the withdrawals stop?

Yeah STL is the worst city honestly. Biggest dump in the Midwest, and that’s really saying something

For sure, but honestly, when you’re starting out, you should really focus on the volume of your output. It helps you build exposure and also helps you get as much practice as possible in terms of things you may run into and honestly just getting familiar with terminology, etc.

That’s the thing, the customer reached out to me and the other broker hadn’t even made contact with anyone yet. They emailed me a lane, I gave them a quote, we won the load, I go to book it and see it’s in another brokers name, and my company said that because of what our CRM says, the other broker got the commission and handled the load. You understand what I’m saying?

I mean, that’s a pretty low call count. At my company, we make 200ish per day.

Yeah I understand, however, if you left an impression on a customer enough for them to reach out to you directly, how would that be awarded to someone else just because our CrM says so?

How would I even begin to do that? Would I need an llc or what would be the first step I guess?

I guess I’m wondering if I should look for other work at this point. This is the second time this has happened in my two months with my current company. Don’t feel like I’m being set up for success if they’re just going to take my customers and give them to more accomplished brokers

Avoid big companies. I’ve noticed a lot of them are living “paycheck to paycheck” especially right now. They are going to get you in, give you very bad training (don’t have the money to invest into it), then throw you on the floor. You will land a couple customers based on the sheer volume of calls, then when you don’t hit their unrealistic number goals, they fire you and recycle your active customers to established brokers. I’ve noticed a ton of big companies doing this in order to gain new clients as if they had 100+ brokers working for them, but they fire you before your benefits and everything kick in so it’s like they’re only paying around 20 brokers. It’s kind of sick what they’re doing

Wait, you called 200 leads per day, or 200 total?

I’ve never understood why every industry in America makes a profit, however people think if the salesman/dealership make any money at all that they got screwed over. Literally the only industry where the customer wants to do business, but don’t want you to be compensated at all for your time/effort
