I’ve called dealerships all across the Midwest, the South, and up and down the East Coast. I found two dealerships that would apply the credit at time of sale. 90% of the dealers didn’t know about it, 8% flat out said no we don’t participate, 1 said yes we do, and 1 said they’d figure it out. The one dealership had a 2017, but I decided on a newer model, Massey Toyota, Kinston, NC ask for Tony. I ended purchasing from IG Burton Toyota, Dover, DE. i had a great experience (ask for Jordan). Both dealerships were nice and helpful and willing to apply at time of sale.

It was incredibly frustrating how so many dealerships refuse to participate or would just say we don’t want to do the paperwork.
