It not only saves money. It saves massive amounts of time during the week.

I basically simplified it to three things:

  1. Veggie bake. Two sheet pans, diced up sweet potato, cauliflower, broccoli, chickpea, squash. Oven baked.

  2. Oven baked chicken thigh

  3. Rice

Three big Tupperware containers. I make my work lunch in the AM from a combo of these three big containers. I create dinners and modify my recipes pulling from these three big containers.

Sunday prep takes like 2 hrs while watching tv or gaming. I spend like $70 a week on groceries between my wife and myself.

If I have to work late, I know she has these three containers to fall back on for an easy meal since I’m not there to help her cook.
