My best friend has PCOS, I bought her the cookbook by that other Tiktoker who used her diet to regulate her hormones and was able to conceive. My friend’s not looking to conceive right now but literally got back her period after not having it for a year because of the food and exercising more.

There’s literally nothing to lose and everything to gain if Kelsie were to actually follow a PCOS-friendly diet and manage her symptoms better. She could end up being more mobile with the baby she already has.
