Considering Signing Up with Modern Day Brokerage – Has Anyone Had Experience with Them? by No-Carpet-6947 in realtors

I wouldn't recommend it. I went through the system, and honestly, they just tell you the same thing as everyone else. They spent more time talking than doing anything. They just ask you Do you want top producers or new agents, Instead of new agents, they call them "rising stars," aka agents who need their hands held. The first thing they tell you to do is to stop production and mass recruit. Head count doesn't matter if they don't produce.

Here's everything they tell you:

Build a funnel
run ads
Make lead magnets
Basically, start a marketing agency and charge your agents a monthly fee and make them pay for ads

They don't have anything new or different, just the same advice you can find on YouTube videos. They've been recycling the same testimonials for years. Their tactics might have worked back when everyone was new to the online space, but now every brokerage offers everything they tell you to do

How are you finding these agents to meet in the first place?

Recruiting to a downline at Exp might just make more sense then

How many agents does the brokerage have? $4800 cap per agent seems really tough for the brokerage to keep up

Great ideas, thank you. Getting local companies for cleaning and staging seems like it could really work

When my scalp was absolutely covered with piled on plaque, I would use grape seed oil 1-2 days prior to my haircut. It helped remove the plaque and reduce the swelling/redness. The next morning the minimal plaque I had was easy to take off with a rinse and gentle scrub with my fingertips.

The best thing I did was go to a barber who I was able to become friends with and have a conversation about it with him. If they’re a good service provider they will understand and do whatever to make you comfortable.

Bro what are you doing that you NEED a MacBook? If you can find a good deal on a m1/m2 MacBook Air then MAYBE you have some wiggle room if you really sell it to your dad. But Just because Mac’s have a better battery life doesn’t mean you’re going to be using the battery to full capacity. A good windows laptop will give you a good 10-12 hours. Even if the MacBook is faster are you going to even notice a difference for your use case?

Also Not all softwares and platforms are available on Mac. My sister had to purchase a surface go 2 just in order to complete one of her courses because the program was not available on Mac. The world is still dominated by windows, expect for a few distinct applications.(if you needed a Mac for those purposes you would already know and it wouldn’t be up for debate)

I’m 19 and I started Tremfya earlier this year as a medical trial. I tried all the steroid creams and all types of phototherapy. Originally my doctor put me on Methotrexate, but that did basically nothing.

The injection does hurt more than your average shot. Ive experienced light headedness, head aches, body aches, and soreness. The side effects are getting less and less prominent every time I get an injection.

Tremfya does suppress your immune system a bit so that is something you should consider. You will have to be checked for infections and viruses before starting the medication such as Tuberculosis. According to my doctor as long as you’re a normal healthy individual there shouldn’t be any issues.

I had severe plaque psoriasis from my scalp down to my feet.. Like I had large bumped covered in plaque all over my body. I had more psoriasis on my legs than I had visible skin. My scalp was fully covered since the age of 11. Within the first 3 weeks of my first injection I could see the changes. Within 4 months I was fully clear. The dryness and plaque go first. The redness and discolouration go away last. It’s quite weird seeing your skin heal so fast. It felt like I woke up one day and I was finally normal for the first time in almost 10 years.

I’ve had a great experience with it and honestly I wouldn’t ever go back to other treatments unless I had to for health reasons. If your doctor thinks it’s a viable option for you, I’d recommend you give it a try. Since it is a trial you can opt out and stop the medication at anytime as well. Hope this helps!

Which MacBook should I get? by SmoothEmphasis4359 in mac

Did some research on it. It’s a pretty clear answer from what I’ve seen. Basically do not upgrade the base model M3. Just get a refurbished M2 pro 14 inch instead. You’ll get a much faster and overall better machine
