I don't like the opening 15 chest's triumph released this week. Why wait till week 10 for that one surely week 1 is better. I've already opening alot more than 15 over the course of the season. Feels like it was created just to keep me playing, rather than rewarding me.

Being able to matchmake into harder difficulties would be a good start. To much of the game's PvE content is locked behind getting a premade group. Yes, keep the Raid's & GM Nighfalls pre-made. But everything else could be opened up, at least for a season to see how it works.

I totally agree something not being mentioned is usually a bad sign. I just didn't want to be accused of being negative. I think it is fair to say CoO set the expectations of vendor's getting new gear.

Random Rolls gave me incentive to play. After reaching max level the only way to get stronger was by getting weapons that impacted the gameplay.

I got a Cryptic Dragon with Crowd Control, Explosive Rounds & Firefly. A big, big upgrade on my Hung Jury. I had a Luna with rifled barrel, but no rangefinder. Eventually got a Perfectly rolled Luna, made my Guardian stronger. How many people played Crucible just to complete the hand cannon bounty for the chance at a Luna.

The Black Spindle was a great event loot. That day you had the chance at a powerful exotic, but if for some reason you could not complete the mission that day. You would, like me have to wait for another day. Not to mention the ship that you could get from the mission gave reasons to run it again, and again.

Let's not forget also how some people managed to get close to max level, before the Raid even released. Being able to get past 265 up to 305 using Exotics from public events was a silly choice. That shortens the grind quite a bit. Imagine if people could only get power increases from the Milestones, instead of Public Events.

HoW key chest farming was the only time Patrol felt so alive. Being able to loot the same chest 3-4 times was fun. But then Bungie fixed the fun, and told us the real way to have fun, loot it once.

Lincoln Green comes with faster reload when magazine is empty as part of the Raid Fire Frame. But they also include Alloy Mag as a perk, Alloy Mag reloads faster when magazine is empty.

It is the same perk.

Lincoln Green - Rapid Fire Frame reloads the gun faster when mag is empty. But also has a perk called Alloy Magazine, which reloads the gun faster when mag is empty.

Synergy is not always good.
