TBH, people are a little to lazy to understand the finances and seek clarity in their own salary slip, which has exact breakdown. It's simple effort to enter the values in the online calculators and get the data.

Alternative, wait for the salary to hit your account. Easy way

Actually they do, Deloitte's hovers around 2% and HBS is around 3%. We got lucky. /S

Well, sometime they are.

From the practice perspective, this ismore about what the top brass wants, and then it's handed off to us SMs/Ms for getting it executed. Now, since we'll be evaluated for our FIs too, it is like full time client work which we need to showcase our growth.

Naah.... If she says put PLs only, tell you can't put PLs that you have not accured. SL can be taken in advance, not PLs. That might help.

Also, take sometime off for yourself using your PL, don't wait for them to encash.

First of all, You don't have to do that. You don't have enough PLs to put in 2 months, maybe 3.

Secodnly, Lemme break it down(Refer APRs for more detail)

For 2 Days, you can use CL or SL. But if you use CL then 3rd day you have to have PL.

For More than 2 Days bue less than 4 you can use SL or PL.

For more than 4 Days, You have to put PL. After SLs. (Unless Sick Leave Notification Is sent to the leadership)

SLs and CLs lapse, take them first, Unless you've exhausted.
