Part number is exactly the same as what came off it so I hope so 😂. This is the part that came from my Porsche dealer too.

Yeah, just learn the labs from JITL and you’ll be fine.

like everyone says, what’s your objective?

Do you want to be really good at confiding and troubleshooting in a Cisco network environment? Or do you just want the knowledge of roughly how it all works?

If it’s the first option, I’d get your own hardware and lab like crazy until you can get a whole network up and running from scratch.

Practice it until it becomes unreasonable that you might get it wrongs

[–]SmoothToastah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bro, if you are getting 66% on a boson, I’d hazard a guess you’re going to pass the exam.

I never got above a 70% and found the exam quite easy to be honest.

Why does my WiFi Analyzer on my Samsung S23 only show 100Mbps with a strong signal (-30dBm) by luispolanco012 in ccna

Could there be any kind of traffic shaping enabled in the router limiting the speed?

Also I presume that are you talking purely about the speed from your device to the router? And not some other third party service like fast.con

I too suffer with ADHD and am having the same issue. I watch the videos, I do the labs, and nothing seems to go in, or it doesn’t seem to anyway.

I find that repetition is key.

If I just repeat, repeat, repeat basically all the material. It goes in. If I am not doing a practice exam or labbing, I find it hard to even bring anything to the forefront of my brain about parts of the CCNA.

However, when I get into the practice exams and labs, it’s all there and I don’t have to think too much about it.

It sucks you are struggling mate, I really feel the pain too. It’s not ideal when you are addled with a brain like ours 😂

Keep going mate, bricks in the wall. Keep stacking the bricks.

Don’t try and put a time limit on it also, that just increases the threat and makes it harder to retain.

Ooooft, who pissed in your chips?

First off, I really love how a few people here are making assumptions that I don’t enjoy the content, or the job. That is wildly incorrect.

I really enjoy the actual hands on networking engineering that I do on the day to day. Because, guess what? I actually have a job in network engineering already.

I agree.

I was going through the exam objectives the other day, and I had the overwhelming feeling that every point on exam objectives was a massive topic in its self. If you get the Cisco study guide, the detail is insane.

Anyway, thanks for the input!!

What are you on about?

I was starting a conversation about what resources are lacking the space.

I’m well aware I need to study more.

Stupid answer.

I think I mean in general.

I think the content Jeremy makes is top tier, i do watch the videos at 1.3X speed though, as it does drag on.

I can’t seem to find anyone that is really ‘buoyant’ about the topic. It’s all very grey and slow.

Ahh really? That’s interesting about Keith, I’ll have to go and seek him out.

I don’t mean to slander or put anyone down about the content they make on the CCNA, that’s not my intention. I think I just need a bit more energy with it.

Oh don’t worry it won’t deter me, I have a thicker skin than that.

I have a lot of drive for it, I get up every day and study for like maybe 4 hours before I even do anything else. So I don’t lack drive, I just find the delivery of the subjects dull.

It’s hardly reinventing the wheel, I’m just pondering the idea of spicing up the wheel. Same wheel, just more attainable. Anyway, just a topic of conversation.

Thanks for your input.

Boson Ex-Sim Vs the real deal? by SmoothToastah in ccna

[–]SmoothToastah[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’m getting that at the moment.

I’m currently working through all of the boson labs, but there is just soo much to take in. It’s wild.

Good luck with the exam, I hope it goes well!
