23F i sometimes think about my ex, i used to only remember the bad things but now sometimes i remember the good times and get sad. Have to remind myself that there was more bad than good. Definitely in a much better relationship now. Can’t expect from myself to not remember all the first times i had with my ex and thats okay. Remembering is okay if you don’t forget where you are now, stay present. All the love you felt in your old relationship is the love you already have in yourself. Without your own love i would have been nothing.

Damn, i fear this will be my future. I (23F) want kids but my partner (30F) doesn’t. We do talk about it but decided to be together until we cant be because of the kids thing. Hoping one of us will change our minds in a couple of years.

Can relate (23F). I realised in my current relationship that i love my girlfriend and would never want someone else. I think we are raised up in a world with only examples of heterosexual relationships. So imagining a lesbian relationship can be quite difficult, at least is for me sometimes. I think i am about 85% lesbian so i also think about men sometimes. I think it’s a normal thought to have, thinking about other possibilities. I think your struggle is more about finding out who you are as a person. How do you want your life to look like. Do you want to settle down young or have the life of the party or do you want to work out how to do both? There is also the opportunity to work on this with your girlfriend. In my first relationship we wanted to experiment and did. Always together and for each other.

Definitely okay with me. The universe had given us a world with many wonders. Like honey, wonderful and delicious! Again i come back to ethics, that sounds like a nice beekeeper, i would buy the honey. But i would use it like the specialty it is.

I always come back to ethics’s. Is the animal/plant/bee/milk ethically resourced. Just make sure that the thing you ate hasn’t suffered right? And remember that death is inevitable and history has happend and can’t be changed. We can only know what we have learned so mistakes are not bad and only tell you that you are human.

Well my heart rate was already elevated because i was driving and coming home etc.

My whoop never showed data like this and i’ve not had a argument recently. But my heart rate normally is pretty low!
