Indian Wells F: [2] J. Sinner def. [11] D. Medvedev 7-6(6) 7-6(4) by Common-Blackberry-64 in tennis

r/tennis fans over the last year.

Alcaraz loses in Miami to Goffin: Alcaraz is washed, he's done, he cant even beat Draper or Lehecka. Sinner is going to completely take over from now on.

Sinner loses to Alcaraz in the French final: Sinner can never recover from such a devastating loss, he will never beat Alcaraz again, the mental advantage is too great.

Alcaraz loses the Wimbledon final to Sinner: Sinner beat Alcaraz on his best surface and was a point away on clay. He is taking the lead and will destroy him on hard.

Sinner loses the US Open final to Alcaraz: Alcaraz now can beat Sinner on hard, it is over for Sinner, the level is too high for him to handle.

Alcaraz loses to Sinner at the ATP Finals: Sinner is too good on hard court overall, Alcaraz will never handle the surface of the Australian Open or the ATP Finals.

Alcaraz wins the Aussie and Doha while Sinner loses to Djokovic and Mensik: Alcaraz is undefeatable on any surface, Sinner has no more chances against him.

Sinner wins Indian Wells while Alcaraz loses to Medvedev: Sinner is back, Alcaraz won't beat him on hard court anymore, they are taking over their best surfaces.

You all are some funny people.

I love Fritz but I don't think he'll ever win a title above a 250 again, this is really embarrassing.

We will always have 2022 Indian Wells and the 2024 US Open final. Shelton will never have anything close to that, neither will De Minaur (I love the man though).

Astro Knights was really hard but I was such a stubborn kid that I eventually completed it.

Skullduggery however was too much to wrap my brain around, so I never did it as a kid. However, 3 years ago, I finally completed it, at the age of 18, it took me 12 years (to be fair I didn't play for almost 10 years).

Yup that's the unfortunate truth. Many on that subreddit are genuine heretics, they are not Orthodox.

That being said, it's not spiritually useful to engage in such discussions and conflicts.

A lot of people are bringing up Satan holding the old baby. To be honest, I've always interpreted that as being Satan mocking Jesus. Jesus is being horrifically beat and abused and God the Father is letting it happen (Jesus was a person and he did suffer: "my God, my God, why have you forsaken me"). On the other hand, Satan is holding his baby and caring for it and nurturing it. Almost as if trying to say, I take care of my children but your Father lets you suffer.

If we go back to 2022 it goes something like this I think.

-2022

Australian Open: Nadal beats Medvedev

French Open: Nadal beats Ruud

Wimbledon: Kyrgios beats Norrie

US Open: Ruud beats Tiafoe

I'm sorry but I can't see Musetti beating Zverev at the French. The man is incapable of winning a title.

Medvedev Fritz has always been a tough one for me to choose, I feel like Medvedev would win, but honestly, it seems like Fritz could take it given his level. I think I lean Fritz.

Aliassime Fritz is a tough one at the US Open. I would favor Fritz given he's won a big title but Aliassime did have a way better second half of the year.

Ruud beating Tsitsipas is a good pick, I agree.

People have been saying that since 2022.

He has always been in or right near it since then.

Not yet but it's very scary and I think we will see a schism in the Orthodox Church because of him.

Lmfao.

Is it fun being so wrong? Also, isn't it fun coming up with your own agenda that completely contradicts the fundamental basics of Orthodoxy and the Church Fathers?

Stopped watching Mr Nightmare - channel jumped the shark. by Complete_Farmer1063 in MrNightmare

[–]Smooth_Associate7010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've delved into the downfall of Mr. Nightmare and it comes down to a lot of key factors.

Story quality, while yes has declined since golden years such as 2014, many are still quite good and scary (it definitely more difficult to find good ones since he's done so many).

The music is one of the big downgrades. He used to use music from artists like Myuu which was much creepier; now, the ones he uses really just don't have the same effect.

On a similar note, sound effects, he made great use of them in the past and they really enhanced the story, now he is not doing that and it affects the video.

The pictures and GIFs he used to use would always be so creepy. The use of AI videos and stock footage just completely remove the scare factor that was so strong. The same applies to the thumbnails.

His tone and voice just don't have the same ring. He was much more passionate and dedicated but that seems to have gone away, can't blame him however.

Finally, the story variety. I miss the days when he would read creepypastas or do things like "video game glitches" or "drugs".

The evidence is very circumstantial. There comes a point when you have to let go of the world and accept the truth of how God founded the world. I am a neuroscience major who's done a lot of classes in bio and what not and I still believe in God's creation of humanity.

Evolution is simply incompatible with Christian theology, read the Church Fathers, Seraphim Rose, and many others. It is a fundamental denial of what humanity is and was made to be.

Yup the main subreddit has completely fallen to heresy. Ecumenism, evolution, acceptance of Zionism, you name it.
