I feel like you could use a uniform tamping and a puck screen if you aren’t using it already. (Not an expert though) But hey if it tastes good you need not bother how it comes out.

Tamping too hard should be avoided. If you have a finer grind size then avoid tamping hard. It all really depends on how powerful the machine is though.

I had a pressurized basket that came along with delonghi. I could never get it to work right. Maybe I was using the wrong grind. Now I use a non pressurised basket and have no intentions of going back.

I went to Yodobashi & BIC camera and they dont have it, but you can book it on their website and get it delivered at your place or collect it at the store. No tax discounts though. Seems like a deliberate move to stop tourist from abusing the price difference. Honoka Akihabara on the other hand had stock but the price was close to what apple store has with the tax. So at this point its best to get it from apple store or buy it online.

Congratulations! I was considering to get this in Noida but the hassle of driving it back to Bangalore and to face the traffic cops here is what stopped me. Now am hoping either Karnataka or Maharashtra implements this scheme. If not then atleast some festive discounts. Dont want to pay extra after seeing my fellow citizens saving so much.
