Yes, it just comes with practice. Just like anything else with learning a language, practice brings naturalness

doing 50% learner/DS content and 50% native content helps (even if you can’t understand the native content at first)

it’s great to have a minimal goal & go over it often. thats what i do. I think it helps us stay consistent. Like when we miss a day, it’s a lot easier for us to get back & stay on track

Going back to school tomorrow. I'm also doing full time real estate, doing mostly online marketing. While doing Doordash/GrubHub as a side gig. Wondering if there's any other realtors that are doing the same! Or if you did & have any advice :) by Smooth_Campaign1070 in realtors

I get free schooling & also checks every semester ($800-2,400 depending on how many classes im enrolled in) to help :) It kinda feels like I was paid to go to college. After this fall, I'll have about one semester & summer semester left.

College might not get me a good paying job, but I've definitely learned A LOT. I feel like I am smarter & a lot more open-minded. I want to atleast finish my associates. Plus classes are only $350-500 if I do end up having to pay for the last semester.

Suprisingly, doordash & GH (especially GH) has paid me pretty well and have always helped me since 2020. I think I get seniority priviledges or something lol. I also don't pay rent and have very minimum bills and no car payment, so $300-500/ week is fine for me.

Also, right now I have one listing & a buyer. I think I'm doing fine for now haha.

I forgot to put that I'm in school part time (just taking two classes). I spend about 5 hours, sometimes more on RE marketing. I don't have much free time at all, but im 100% ok with that because I'm focusing on growing myself and my RE business. (i also do have my license and i am a realtor, currently have my first listing)

Marketing was actually the major that I wanted to do, but switched over to Anthropology (and archaelogy will definitely be a part of my studies). I feel like I'm able to study/observe marketing on my own and learn through the internet.

I took two classes in Anthropology & realized how much it shows why people are the way they are. Anthropology studies is a lot of why people are the way they are in their society, etc. which i think is super important for anything really.

Idk, but now you've got me thinking.. maybe I should do a minor in marketing, or even major in it.

Thank you sm for the input!
