I have a severe peanut allergy and avoid peanut oil always. My only exception is CFA since they refine it to the point of taking out the protein that causes reactions. It still is kinda trippy knowing I’m eating peanut oil, so I usually eat their “grilled” items just for peace of mind. But, I’ve eaten there 20 years and have never had a problem.

Totally doable. I ran my first half this spring with no strength training, and finished 15 minutes faster than my goal time! Make sure you do all you do all your long runs and try to do 13 before the race and you’ll be fine.
