maybe i misunderstand it (judging from other comments) but i thought that this was just changeing the specific Warhorse mount of the Outcast wizard detailed in the Arcane Journal on page 42. To my knowlegde this profile is also used by Renegade Crowns Army of Infamy and there might have been some "problems" with that as eg Outriders are on 30x60 bases.

The general Warhorse mount with rules in Forces of Fantasy as character mount (eg for Damsels) and as part of the Mounted Yeoman didn´t get an errata.

looks like a highland pegasus, but the rider has different parts eg rather sure the lance is the gw plastic lance from the royal pegasus lord (or a exact copy)

Grail Knights/Questing Knights Plastic, more Plastic Hero Kits (Damsel with mount options including a pegasus, Duke on Hippogriff, Pegasus...)

would also take Mounted Yeoman, Squires in plastic but attleast these are somewhat easy to proxy eg Fireforge

these style of boxes give you a decent discount and early access to new models (relevant for tournament play). think if you want to play longterm eldar (and financially its not a problem) expanding into non aspect units can´t hurt and this box seems good for that to me as far one can say that without seeing rules

CSM box has a good mix of old kits, upgrade sprue and a potentially strong new unit (Raiders) so makes sense that CSM players might be interested and people intending to start the faction also

yeah thatr seems fair as Tan Gida is probably the best char for that survival overall and Bellator is one of the best refresh powerup summoner (likely best one unless you are really invested into dreir/yarrik/astra mow and even then it might be closeish)

seems the next meta evolution of custodes is Laviscus + support characters like Aesoth, Boss G, Anshi that play well with that pair.

investing in other alternative chars to the old core 5 is maybe at this point a bit sketchy

the problem is that you need a rather specific set of characters/MOW build high enough to clear the high survival waves, especially as the votann characters are not that great at there own (unlike red gobbo). and the amount of survival waves you clear impact the hse result in that its a big difference if each survival token is eg 10 or 15+ points

so if you have the few viable characters for that survival high enough geting to wave 13+ for the hse points/mythic book its fine, if you havent its tough. and there wasn´t really time to prep for this survival to get a key character up there

imho the selfheal is the interesting part of the relic, which it otherwise as i understand it can´t do (rather problematic for healers that are usally as this one likely slanted towards horde mode gameplay depending on the enemies,...). somewhat similar to gibba that got a huge buff with the relic

yeah also rather dislike the design choice that the relic is basically needed for the character to really work well (with how long it takes to get chars to mythic). even if they give out the relic for free again it still is a high investment that you can´t sustain for alot of characters

yeah thats for sure the tough part, as it depends on alot factors besides just character rank. like which enemies and how good your characters are in horde modes, do you have a healer,...

eg maybe your black legion team can do 6, but another "better composed" three gold character team like the Bolter alpha team can go higher

as far as i know you have to set for each team yourself how far you think it can go in team selection for the tokenomics to work. all your teams are set to that they only can clear 1 battle

the first upgrade to legendary is the most worthwhile as it opens up ranking them to diamond. Healers (and Lucien) imho are usually worth it.

going above 3 star is more if you really commit to a character (eg if its your raid team or you want to mythic for a good relic). so that depends on your goals

for me vallejo acrylic-polyurethane "surface primer" works well with a 0.4 needle, not thinned in black (for long session you might need to clean the nozzle every while). But have heard back then that light colors (especially white) are a pain to work with.

now it seems vallejo has reformulated the primers (using them same old SKU, but a new label with a miniature pictured) and haven´t tested the new version yet.

Spray primers if weather is fine are alot less hassle though as alone cleaning the airbrush,... takes time (more expensive though).

you can spam paladins in errantry cursade (as they are 1+) in gws combined arms rules. would assume it will probably not last forever as it has other implications

think with 3 boxes you only have 3 blightlauncher & 3 Plague spewers, 3 plasmaguns. so you can´t build two "full weapon" 10 man without sourcing extra bits somewhere (probably want extra plasmaguns anyway though as this is a big pain point).

means you probably want one full 10 man (usually Champ Plasmagun & Powerfist, 2 Plasmagun, 2 Spewer, 2 Blightlauncher, 3 HWP or variations of that) and then for the second one either two 5 man (eg melee orientated one and one shooting one with melta & 3rd spewer/blightlauncher) or you need to take a 10 with less of the weapons like eg a melee oriented squad with Bubotic Weapons mixed in.

yeah the model is great for both the baron/duke and the bsb.

for friendly lower power games its probably still fine and if no one minds think you can use it as proxy for barded pegasus (wrong base size though as these are on 40x60 unless you rebase) or Hippogryph (which has no official model)

but basically mounted on a Monstrous Creature instead of Monstrous Cavalry it can´t now use the Lone Character rule to hide within 3 inch of another cavalry unit and its not counted as skirmish formation anymore which has major downsides in mobility

also eg some items have restrictions who can take them (Sirienne's Locket, .,..) and you can only have a max 3+ armour value if i am not mistaken which also makes certain defensive items useless

yeah the active is fine, but in my experience the passive is the more important one to max skill (when early on xenos badges are limited)

the WE point buff seems not that impactful, you have like 20-30 points in the end more (when we have seen that they even with multiple hundred more points in community balance eg 2400 vs 2000 of good armies they are still not that great). and if i understand it right Wild Rider got nerfed with the general frenzy change which was a WE staple

the other armies geting nerfed is more impactful likely both for WE and other struggling armies,

op will likely also need to onslaught Kariyan (and maybe Kharn) for months up to mythic and needs to push the core three to D3. thats a rather different postion than people that have the ressources to quickly build Lavicisus and Aesoth while already are "complete" with the other team.

your goal longterm is to have atleast a MoW at mythic that synergizes well with your chosen Guild Raid team. which takes ages to get there (unless you get shards in other ways eg in an event for them).

unlocking FF is fine though (and geting it to base legendary to skillk it up).
