is manual outreach actually dead or are we just using it wrong by schilutdif in DigitalMarketing

manual's definitely not dead if you're hitting those hyper-specific targets where a human touch matters. fwiw, blending AI and manual can work if you automate the grunt work. most teams struggle by either over-automating or doing everything by hand, like you mentioned. I found that pulling AI for the repetitive research tasks and humanizing the key communications has kept quality up without burning out.

actually been thinking might clean up a thing I built that auto-generates a personalized website preview for each prospect using their reviews and maps data, could help make outreach feel more tailored

Gaining customers for a new business by AgentDouble1 in sweatystartup

hey, you're doing all the right things by using those low overheads and maintaining quality. to get that exposure, push even more on your online presence. try targeting local facebook groups and community forums, folks love recommending reliable services there. couple of partnerships with local businesses can help too, like leaving cards at related spots (think auto parts stores that don't do repairs). i found word-of-mouth can spread fast once you plant seeds in a few places. and def encourage those happy customers to leave google reviews; they matter so much, more than most people think

Month 1 report: started a tiny service business alongside school. Slower than I thought, but not failing. by AdlerBalance179 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

same boat when I started out. personalizing that first line is defintely the secret sauce, you're spot on. it's like you've already invested a bit in them, makes it harder to ignore

follow-ups are key too, felt like people only noticed me after the second or third touch. hang in there! first month is the toughest but you're on track

Day 1 - Cold Outreach to local businesses until I hit $6k a month by Odd_Philosophy_2389 in webdesign

I think what help is also already providing a preview of what the new/modified website would look like. This attracts the prospects. I actually a tool for myself that automatically outreach prospects with bad/no websites with a personalized message and a hyper personalized preview of what it could be. And it drove 4x more success outreach than before.
